The most entertaining Sunderland Stoke game in years that. Pity our attackers have their boots on the wrong feet.

The Durban era Stoke games were legendary in my match going crowd. There’d be owt between 10-16 of us for most home games back then……..apart from Stoke when it’d be 5-8. Watching paint stay wet had more action.

We’re all over the place at the back without Mepham. Any time Ballard is in there we look so unstable.

I agree he’s got gaffes galore in him Ballard, he’s 100% and will get stuck in the whole game but liable to give away pens or own goals

Very impressed with "the blond lad." Watson gets better with each game and he took his goal well. Unlucky not to get a second.

Watson is getting better every game. He looks a cracking player so far. He’s got no fear.

Love him me.

Can't score every chance but he always looks like he will score when he gets them.

Makes it all the more surprising that he's missed maybe three chances so far
