He's a decent manager and probably above that level so should do OK.

Seems to have got worse at the next job than the last. Was a disaster in his last season at Grimsby and eventually left saying he no longer had any desire to be manager. I guess after 4 years his bank balance must have persuaded him otherwise.
Hopefully keeps them in the league, don't mind Swindon

Is he even that good of a manager? I don’t know much about him.
Seems to be living off getting Blackpool to the prem and giving it a go (which to be fair is a very good achievement).
Other than that though, I haven’t noticed him doing too well. Maybe I’m being harsh.

he has had three promotions in his career..but certainly the more recent jobs he has had havent gone that well..
i think the schtick can wear off with a manager very quickly...
