Worked for nissan way back during the cred crunch. We had to pay stand downs back and some hours were wiped off others. When we took the stand downs we knew the crack. If others got off with theirs i didnt really look at it in a bitter light. Them having or not having to do them made no difference to me really, they just got lucky. Watching them sit with a -100 hour balance whilst the future of staff is in doubt isnt something i would take pleasure in. Just my view from having been there before

I did too but glad I retired last year and got to keep my lumper and had all my banked hours wrote off, oh and got my pension lumper before Rachel Thieves grabbed any of it... 👍

I served my apprenticeship there and got the best training anyone could wish for. Set me up for life, don’t have a bad word to say about the place. High expectations but high rewards in return.
