Jack Clarke

It’s crazy. We’ve just signed a striker on loan who is our most senior (age and appearances) striker. No starts yet. It’s like assuming he won’t get any game time here. He’ll get plenty.

We’ve signed Chris Mepham too. Our most experienced player at PL level. No starts. Shite.
Until Saturday we had won all our games. You're highly unlikely to disrupt a winning side to play a new player. It's a completely different scenario.

Ipswich have had a poor start to the season and scored very few goals so yeah I'd have expected Clarke to start games by now.
The mans deluded. They`ll be in a relegation scrap for 30 odd games. The only games they wont be involved is the last few when they`ll already be relegated
Agree. They've played against 2 mid table sides and haven't won either of the games. They have zero chance of finishing mid table.

Possibly, I did say forget mid table if you get 4th bottom you've hit gold.

But then they lost to Man City and Liverpool and have drawn against Fulham and away at Brighton, two good prem teams.
we will find out more when they play the shite like Everton Southampton and Newcastle , if they start picking up wins then who knows.

Better move?
Dont see what's bad about him going to a premier league club like.

Surely Harte is just paid by Clarke to advise him.
Clarke has his own mind - surely he signed for the club that he WANTED to sign for.
I wouldnt have thought he (or anyone) is just gonna sign for a club 'blindly', because he was told to.
Clarke signed for (as far as we are aware) the only club that Harte could get to stump up the transfer fee and more importantly the increase in wages that go with a move.
Clarke had two choices Ipswich or us

Exactly , CLARKE had two choices (that are known).
All I'm saying is that he's a grown man, yes he'll have been 'advised' but ultimately he will have made his OWN decision on what he believed to be in his best interests.
Yes, players have their representatives but at the end of the day it's the players signature on a contract - it's their decision.

TBH if they beat Southampton that'll be 5 points from 5 games which is a very decent return especially taking maximum off a relegation rival. Big if mind.

Over the season they'd need to win 9 or 10 games to stay up and draw a similar amount.

All ifs and buts but their tally so far isn't as bad as some are saying. It might look a great deal worse after the Southampton game though.

Clarke went to Ipswich for one reason, and we all know what that was.
