He probably isn't but he might be in another 50-100 games at Championship level.

This is a young player who was worth an extrapolated 18 goals per season as a 19yo in the Championship.

Leicester will be back in the Championship next season. They’ll need him back.
 
If we have to go to £7m i'd go for it, looks like just about what we need, good finisher, bit of pace, decent in the air, and he's still just 21, Republic of Ireland international .

Agreed, but money talks. The likes of Stoke continue to offer ridiculous wages and players (and agents), will more often than not make greedy choices.

Sheff Utd were in prem league last season so £25k a week would still be well below their biggest earner.

This is why I really hope we get Mendy, it sounds like this fella would sign any contract and walk on broken glass to sign for us..... potential cult hero that fella!

Think I'd rather have Simic, but if we can't get that one over the line, then Cannon seems a good alternative....providing he's fit. He spent most of last season out with a bad injury didn't he?

Surprised Cooper is happy to let him go with the limited options he has upfront and the window closing soon.

Surely Cannon is a better signing than Simic? Already shown he can score goals in this league. Simic could end up like a Hemir for all we know.
 
Had a look on the foxes forum, they seem really impressed with what they seen of him but most think he needs a season in the championship on loan and believe he would “smash the place up”.
