I would imagine that it is always based on profit, otherwise you’d be paying them twice if it’s a percentage if what you’ve already paid them.

This. What I’ve seen of Mundle is he couldn’t cross a road.
One good pre season game against League 2 opposition and some people are trying to suggest he’ll be an adequate replacement.
