Looking at this year's signings we may well have slightly changed our MO. However it looks like the L1 signings and that was followed with Huggins, Broadhead, Doyle, Cirkin and Alvez. Which is quite scattergun just we hit with more than we missed that time

I’ll never understand this whole con man shite getting thrown at our owners. You’d know about it if we had conmen for owners just ask Bury, Birmingham before they were bought, Reading, Wigan etc.

We have an owner that yes is running things sustainably and isn’t spending as much as you want him too but he’s got us to a place where we are competing in the champ and have a squad value of over 50m.

Window isn’t closed yet, if you’ve watched football for years like yous all have you should know how fast deals can happen near the end of a window. Can’t moan till it’s closed imo.

If we fail to get a striker then yes I think it’s time for a change whether that’s a new DoF or something else. But we do not have a f***ing conman for an owner. The hyperbole is ridiculous and I honestly think other fans would laugh at us for saying that and we’d be blasted with the term “entitled”


and before the whole “we were a premier league club” I’m well aware but we got absolutely f***ing shafted from Ellis Short and the club was an absolute mess. It’s not a quick fix situation and we can’t just throw money at it and risk being back at square one again if it fails

I thought the squad was over 100mill.

The owner had everyone believe he had outright ownership of the club till people started asking questions.

The owner reckons he knew fek all about the black cats bar shite 🤣🤣

The owner said he learned from his mistakes but we are 2 games in and have spent zero pounds trying to build a team to compete

Conman or just out his depth who spins shite to suit.
