I had assumed the majority of our signings were done off the back of Stuart Harvey's perception of potential as the data for most of them just wasn't available.
Also, entirely made up by myself but it looked as if they had big dreams when it came to data and fairly quickly recognised they were beyond a reachable scale, so folks were sent packing and we settled for a more out of the box approach.
At a guess, I think alot of our struggles stem from being fragmented, one foot in being promoted, another in value creation and an elbow in financial responsibility, all to the others detriment.
