What on earth are you on about man. Moving between arguments? I've literally had a debate with posters and answered their points.
You've just posted a load of nonsense in reply. (again)
I think he’s right. You were complaining about not spending money then when it was highlighted we’re likely paying a solid wage and signing on fee you then switched to complaining about his ability.

What the poster is saying is that you’re just flipping between negative stances and not actually replying constructively when somebody highlights that one of your stances (money) is likely to be incorrect

Not having someone up top who can hold the ball and bring the rest of our attack into play is where we've fell to bits. Not having that outlet pushed us deep and we concentrated on keeping possession of the ball rather than doing anything meaningful with it.

An able striker with Clarke, Jobe, and Roberts should cause problems for most defenses in the league, but losing Clarke would be a huge blow now that it looks like the club have a striker that can do the things that expected of him.

If we are to sell Clarke, I'd like to see a push for Millar and Stansfield. I'd see those kinds of signings as real proof that the club are looking towards promotion.
Stansfield also played on the right so would be useful

Probably meant transfer fees

End of the day I think someone with his recent track record deserves a bit more scrutiny?

I agree to some extent but the scrutiny he gets from me is when he’s playing for us. I’ve no real interest in pulling his previous track record to bits, what does it matter ?

I’ve only seen him fleetingly in the past (when he looked canny tbh), it seems he’s signed so I’ll give him a fair chance and see how it pans out.

I don't agree on the first on the first part, as it was suggested people were complaining about the club spending money. I made the point with it being a free transfer, regardless of his wage, it doesn't really stand up that we're splashing the cash. And I don't think we'd even go close to his wage demands reported at SWFC, based on his recent number of appearances and injury record.

I'm not sure on what Kildare is saying as it's his normal hash of word salad.

Aye fair enough, and hey if he keeps fit and does well then it's a winner.

You do know stuff like that happened before the internet don’t you.
It’s not a new revelation
Yeah, there’ve always been moaners. The only difference is you used to just avoid eye contact with them at the pub, and try desperately not to end up in a conversation. Now they can just interrupt and derail any discussion.

Hopefully not.

His goals/assists along with a capable striker could/should see us score plenty.
He won’t score as many goals with a capable striker, this argument is stupid. If your winger is chipping in with more than 10 goals your not getting enough from your striker and number 10.
If their previous clubs have said they’re good then they will be good.
Look at what rangers fan said about Beale for example.

Played well in every game he played for us,sure you can be dubious about the chances he creates, but to be honest when you have Fletcher on the end of some of them,it's probably a little unfair.
If most Owls were honest, they all wanted his name on the starting line up
True though his injury record is a worry, but most Wednesday fans I know would have kept him,and Rohl seemed to want to
You all might be pleasantly surprised
Then again you might want my head on a block lol

Tbf you are like a broken record on here, slagging off posters who dare to have a different opinion to you. But its okay when you moan and twist about the club, double standards .
