To counter the argument of experience I've seen an experienced side sick from the prem to L1 in 2 seasons.

Very few strikers hit over 30 goals in any league, not a single Premier League or Championship striker managed it last season.

In the last 21 seasons in the championship there has only been 3 players who have scored >30 goals in a season. Averaging 20 goals a season for 3 years seems pretty good going.
