Regis le Bris - confirmed

That's a very good point. If this fails when does he become accountable? 🤔
100% and he also takes 100% of the blame or credit when it comes to transfers. He obviously has his budget from KLD who takes the full blame or credit as Speakman was his choice. The players and manager are on Speakman , though i think KLD French links will have had him have a big say in this, but ultimately it will boil down to what players he signs and what players he sells.

Shit always slides downwards and we have had the players blamed , we have had the managers blamed and sacked (Some for being dogshite, and some for speaking out against their restrictions which we can all see, so the next up the chain is Speakman. I gave him credit for his initial approach and I was blinkered in the sense I stuck up for him too much while not getting a striker regarding paying over the odds and holding your nerve. This was due to us wasting millions over the years on shite, but what he has invested in the last few transfer windows is very concerning as I don't see anything in most of them . Jobe apart as he has the potential but this playing him every week malarky is a piss take and I don't think it done Jobe any good TBH.

He's an 18 year old young lad. It will be interesting and vital how this new bloke comes across to the English lads as he has to convince Jobe, Rigg, Neil and a fair few others that he is the real deal to make a difference to them. The rest of this transfer window will give us all an idea of what we actually are aiming for. No more windows finishing saying we tried this but couldn't get it over the line. It's been too many times now and even getting a manager in has caused so much hassle and it's not even confirmed yet

I agree but no one can actually be happy with this cmon
Not a question of being happy. Let’s be honest we are a medium sized club, with pretty big crowds, nothing more nothing less.
Crowd size being the mark of a big club revenue wise are long gone, and revenue is what drives clubs now.
Until we are actually promoted to get those bucks we and everyone else in this league is in the same boat, except parachute clubs, whether it’s attracting players or managers, unless the owners have a sustained period of pushing money into the club to improve and get promoted.
I dislike how the club is being ran massively but gotta give the new fella a fair crack of the whip and pray kld and sartori put more money in so we can at least be competitive

See how he gets on. Back him and see what happens. All this time to get a manager who was relegated last season 🤦‍♂️

Let's how our player recruitment isn't as bad as the manager search.

Did they purposely find someone worse than Beale or was it just to give Chichy, Ekwah, Pembele and Ba another drinking mate? Or maybe they'll just all gan out on the lash with KLD 'til he's run the club to its knees. I'll give him six games.

Although I think it's a poor appointment as he hasn't got that much experience, football management can be like a lottery ticket. There's managers we've had who we thought would do great and they've turned out a disaster. There's managers we've had who we thought were poor appointments and they done well for us.

The proof will be after his time here
