"They bought NDong for £20m, got rid of Aouchiche and now they are giving us money to get rid of Le Bris. Sunderland we love you"

(Thank you especially to you) - meaning Sunderland. Goes onto clarify that he just wants a coach who respects the club.

"There is news that makes you smile"

It's all we've really got to go off.
There’s also a supporter who made comments to RR for an article, but those are positive.
That’s not irrelevant mind mate.

It’s a disgrace.
We have a coach now, before the players are even back. How long has passed has no bearing on how well he will or won’t do.

Classic making things go to get mad at. We had a coach until the end of the season, who we knew was keeping the job until then. I’m not sure why people have started the clock the day Beale was sacked other than to make it look worse.

Correct.

Fishpaste summed it up well a few weeks ago - there’s now no way for Speakman, KLD and “the model” to come out of this looking good. After the fiasco of a process they’ve overseen, and the number of other candidates who’ve turned us down, even if Le Bris is successful everyone will know it was blind luck. Success by accident.

It's mad cause if anyone in our team left you'd find loads writing depressing and negative things about them regardless of how good they were. Yet we cling on to other fan bases negative comments.

The groans started well before then. Yeah you’re right nobody should be clapping that performance, but the point is we need to get behind the team and give him a chance
I agree, in the short term the fans need to back him and the team, but this regime and those previous have this terrible knack of picking unpopular managers that are always going to be up against it if they don’t hit the ground running. People talk about a new manager bounce but I reckon if you take our last 15 managers you could count on one hand those that won their first game. Fans just get frustrated that so many times a fresh start turns into a damp squib.

I have no idea how this guy will fair but pretty much in a similar way I felt about majority of other names we have been linked with. He has couple months to get his foot in, bring some decent coaches and hopefully sign some decent players. As with most managers needs 10+ games before we can make a judgement and on his impact. Let’s hope his hands aren’t tied in the transfer market and we can convince a few to stay.

Yeah but who wouldn’t be unpopular and is also realistic? Not saying we have to accept being shit but there has to be a realisation of where we are. “Big trendy names” of today aren’t taking on Championship clubs
