Still didn’t finish mid table. Reims were on a shocking run and their position was saved by the 7 points out of 9 they got after he left. Also since the 17-18 season only once has Reims finished ahead of Lorient and guess who was in charge of each club?

Think it's only right personally, if you want a manager to perform to their best they should be allowed to have all they tools they need to help achieve things.

Some head coaches won't come if they don't get some of their own men in - nothing new. The above regarding coaching staff could mean anything.
