Liam Rosenior

What about money spent on loan players fees and wages?

Carvalho, Twine, Zaroury, Giles etc
True mate I mentioned the wages in a later post but I was just using it as an example that KLD wasn’t the penny pincher people think he is.
I really wouldn't be taking transfermarkt's valuations of our signings as gospel. And hull's wage bill was way in excess of ours.
Fair point mate

People had no problem with Dodds when he was back room staff for neil and Mowbray, just now he was HC it’s a problem

If he steps back from assistant I’m happy. Doesn’t need to be sacked

Mowbray had Venus alongside him.
Alex Neil has Canning alongside him.

The fact Dodds has been promoted to a more senior coaching role means he is more prominent. After the debacle of last season him and Proctor should be nowhere near the first team coaching group.

Disagree.

He was before that just not as assistant and did a good job. Players like him, he does something right, he’s just not an assistant or head coach

Moan moan moan... Welcome Liam , hopefully the lad gets backed by the knackers in charge in the transfer market or he’s no chance

I’m struggling to see how any mananger can be effective without some of his own coaches they are the ones that actually show people how to play football and instillthe style of play
They do it at instruction of the HC and assistants. For example LR will tell them what drills to be doing or what he wants them to work on. Teaching them what to do. The coaches don’t just go run sessions of their own back

What did he do a good job at?
Maybe by being a coach in a team that won promotion one season and finished 6th the next despite one of the lowest wage bills and youngest squads.

If you are going to hold him accountable for the bad times then do you just dismiss the good?

I appreciate he’s got copy to write but I suspect we could all have reached the same conclusion about what happened with Still.

It’s the where we go from here bit which is what I was referring to as guesswork.
It seem crazy that after KLD’s statement last Friday Phil Smith is writing the club should be near finalising the process by this coming weekend !
You’d be surprised how many still don’t believe Still accepted the job before Lens came in.

But yeah I feel the statement from KLD was more to appease the backlash from Still going to Lens. I’ll be shocked if it’s not Rosenior at this point

It happens in Italy, but not over here.

I posted the Steve Cooper one above.

Happened to Holloway at QPR

The news just calls it sacked, but you will be surprised how often it happens. Obviously it depends on the club/manager and the settlement, but I would assume due to the contract Rosenior signed it might have be gardening leave.
