Each manager has to find a way to get the best out of the players he has at the club, He kept Hull away from safety and then got them 7th inside two seasons. Theres an argument he should have acheived more but 3 out of the top 6 were already sewn up with the PL relegated teams.

He’s relativley young and left both Derby and Hull in a better place than when he took it on.

Key for me is he needs backing, He will never succeed if were just bringing another head coach in with little say on transfers.

As I said before I’ll be very surprised if Dodds is his assistant

KLD is unhappy with Dodds performance. Beale is the only appointment that didn’t bring an assistant with him. And we were dropping Dodds back for still. Rosenior will come in with an assistant or two (if he does sign) I’d imagine. Otherwise I don’t see him accepting anything

Yep! Its just now managers get put on gardening leave when sacked so clubs can get something back.

Rosenior having a three year contract, Hull would be daft not to!

Thats Dodds nailed on as assistant to Rosenior then.

Our new HC will be Beale MkII

Our policy is keeping Speakman the main man on transfers and keeping his best mate Dodds in a job. Until this fundamentally changes the club is never going to appoint anyone of note.

At the moment the biggest club outside th Premier League, with premier league infrastructure (neglected) with 32,000 season ticket holders is facing a relegation battle.

The owners should be embarrassed.

People had no problem with Dodds when he was back room staff for neil and Mowbray, just now he was HC it’s a problem

If he steps back from assistant I’m happy. Doesn’t need to be sacked
