Liam Rosenior

Hull spent less on transfers last season than Sunderland who finished 9 places below.

Hull's 23/24 tranfer outlay €11.65m
Sunderland's €12.45m
So you believe this bunch as too how much they spent on 15 players from aboard who cannot score, dribble ,head ,tackle, track,in fact some of them are incapable of trapping a bag of cement. We are in the shit big time with these owners.

You really think this club will pay compo for a head coach when there's one available for nowt?

Might aswell just get the scarf pick done today and unviel Rosenior. Unbelievable that they're still pissing about.
Probably not but Cifuentes buyout has been quoted as 6 figures so shouldn't be a major hurdle.

Sounds like he’s guessing as much as any of us.
It goes someway to explaining how we got here though. Seems like they were sure they had bagged Still and the issues he claimed to have he’d already agreed in principle to. He mugged the club off but the club allowed him to do it.

We basically had to start the process again a week or so ago.

Yes, we should be appointing someone that gives us that effect and sadly the names bandied about don't unfortunately. It's that old conundrum "the one's we want we can't get and the one's we can get we don't want". Therefore unless it is someone totally left field I think it will be disappointing or at least underwhelming. Just wish they would appoint someone so we can start arguing about transfers
If it were just one we couldn't get you'd understand but we've spoken to multiple options. It's clear what we're offering 'I believe in terms of role scope' isn't acceptable to anyone credible. We need fundamental change or we'll regress further imo.

I have mentioned this a few times, but Rosenior will not be cheap.

We will still have to pay compensation.

I appreciate he’s got copy to write but I suspect we could all have reached the same conclusion about what happened with Still.

It’s the where we go from here bit which is what I was referring to as guesswork.
It seem crazy that after KLD’s statement last Friday Phil Smith is writing the club should be near finalising the process by this coming weekend !
