You’re right…. The “Thick as Fuck fans” should have no say in who the Head Coach is, the owner and his sidekick determine who and what working conditions they work too. Many of those “Thick as fuck fans” as you want to call them knew from the very outset that Beale was a disaster of an appointment from the outset and the vast majority of fans were correct, ( a little bit like the CF and DCM players we have been needing since Jan 23, but yep they know better than everyone else, do the really!).

For you to insinuate he wasn’t liked because he had a cockney accent is simply wrong. We have two players for example from the south and whilst not cockneys in Ball and Phillips who were worshiped by most and still are today.

Charlie Hurley despite being born in Cork was raised in Essex from being a baby and you don’t get much more “Cockney” than that. Half of the East End moved out there round about the time of him growing up.

It’s actually canny enough. The concern for me is the resident Hull fan on here talking about his slow build up possession-based play. We don’t have the players for that.
