Yeah. If you spend months bullshitting people with ‘obsession with progression’, ‘succession planning’ you ultimately leave yourself wide open to the criticism you get when it all turns to shit and you end up rattling around mid June trying to sign someone you’ve had no interest in for not much other reason than they are better than Gareth Ainsworth.

They’ve all got a bit of a thing about controlling the narrative despite it backfiring every time.

I’ve seen people say the fans are too impatient but tbh, I don’t think this lot have earned any trust. They need to be decisive rather than send social media platitudes.

Agree although personally I'd be happy with Rosenior. I think its the type of coach the players would be happy with and I think Rigg will sign a new deal because of the appointment. I think Still was more of a gamble. Exciting but very new to coaching at 31 and hasn't managed in the championship.

Well in a world where some including his own players and other coaches think he is an accomplished coach and handful of fans think otherwise the only way for those fans to be convinced is seeing the team in action.
On the comparison to Beale some fans need to soul search as much, in some cases more than the club. The club were hoping Beale would do well, should have given him the players to fill the gaps and didn’t like, but some fans were praying for him to lose because he has a cockney accent and a mole. Thick as fuck fans should have no say in selecting coaches. I’d say the club proving that is hugely important in our journey or it’ll get worse.
