That's if you think he was a failure. Personally I think that's an over exaggeration.
I'm not massively for or against him but the way in which he's being written off is massively over the top

A Derby County goalkeeper went public and stated Rosenior stopped him taking goalkicks and had him playing out from the back.Hardly dour,more daring!

Maybe SAFC will strike lucky by serendipity and not good planning,preparation or data when it comes to a new head coach.

I remember him at Leeds, consequently had heard of him (whim is it). My favour towards Maria is he’s worked within huge clubs who don’t accept failure. Unlike Liam who has never experienced the pressure of a big club environment and yet still failed.

He was at Leeds when they were failing under Jesse March, heading towards relegation

Leeds and Jesse March was drastic failure. They f***ing hated them

The only possible saving grace for Speakman is that whilst he compiled the short list it’s a waste of time if we don’t offer the right conditions for someone to join. The only time you can test this out is when you approach the manager in question and then get a knock back.

It’s like compiling a list of beautiful women to approach. The list might be fabulous but if you limp over with a hair lip, 3 teeth and 2 IVA’s she’s going to knock you back.

Looks like it’s stalled for exactly the same reasons as Still

Assurances over recruitment of players and staffing - it’s not to do with the money being offered

As of Friday, announcement was due at lunchtime today
 
Imagine if he says no. There would be f***ing hell on when they spout "having interviewed a number of candidates, the outstanding person for the role was here all along. Please meet the new Head Coach of SAFC, Mr Mike Dodds"
