I really dont know what is wrong with just letting people say their piece without any argy bargy and the rest of us can tut or nod or shake the heed but then have our tea and wait for the new season ....Personally i feel that the club deserves better owners and with KLD we are doomed to mediocrity and he has no intention of funding the club properly as a footballing entity and his daft model is doomed to failure..

Now thats one fans view with a fans head on ..kildare will come along and state (dont know if hes an accountant or just a financiers lacky : he posts an awful lot on here )Kld is spending loads of money the business is fine and SAFC should know there place!Now that's a sanguine business approach that has merit if your running a puppy farm..but hes not a fan in truth you cannot marry a fans view ,wanting the best for the club,wanting to strive for success wit the harsh financial reality of running a championship football club..it basically boils down to safc having the best fans in the land most of who want success and we dont have the owners to match and that's always going to lead to dissonance amongst the faithful of all flavours.

I think the kid is new to the business and has done well so far. The lack of a striker has been a learning curve which I think he will get right.
His so called model for the club has been on the table from day one. Buy cheap, sell on, buy better young talent, sell on etc etc.
The strategy is based on a five year plan to get us to the Premier. In all my 59yrs I've never known the club to have a long-term plan, so I'm in.
Give him the five years, then judge.

ohn.... his plan is built on failed ideas and will not work..and also i must have missed he memo where is this evidence of a 5 year plan??On the playing side alll i can see is failure to bolster the side at key opportunities that presented themselves and regression of the squad!As fans all we can do is sit on the sidelines and watch events unfold but i have no faith that our owners and speakman will provide nothing but mediocrity.

Little boy in charge and Speakman the
" data" boy are so out of there depth it's embarrassing ..holding on for Still hoping that negotiatons would fail..like a desperate 3rd teir club...instead of moving on to the next target...Saying that Speakman doesn't have plan B or plan C he waits till the main target turns us down then fires up his " data " laptop to look for the next one..both naive ..clueless...out of their depth....wait till we look for players same story....biggest charlatans going....
