Just liked that he’s managed in Europe. Has vast experience competing towards the top of the table, tactically flexible, got a high win percentage, he’s used to working within a structure like ours. Likes the old overlapping full backs that worked so for for us back in the reidy days (bit nostalgic I know)

I just think it would be a better appointment than Rosenior.

Where did you read about him being tactically flexible? I've seen the opposite. Also, people have commented that the high win percentage is partly down to playing dross in Europe.
