Pascal Jansen -now Ferencvaros manager

If it's going to be Jansen they need to allow him at least two staff to come with him, so at least he's not working with Dodds and Proctor in isolation.

I think people need to drop this paranoia with Dodds and Proctor. I think the club should have learnt the error in letting Dodds step up under Beale then taking over, it was nothing short of a disaster. Keeping them in a prominent role would show nothing has changed. I expect whoever takes over will at the very least be allowed to bring his own man alongside him which is standard in the industry.
 
That is strange that the club deny two candidates but not the third. They normally say nothing.

Perhaps it means that Jansen has a decent chance. If someone like Rosenoir came in instead of Jansen I’d be gutted, but if he came in ahead of a field including Robinson then maybe less so.

Hopefully it is not a long list.

If Rosenoir comes in now over Jansen.
Expect another Beale meltdown.
I would'nt put it past them.

It's not paranoia, it's simply giving him the best chance of succeeding. I think he should have an assistant and a first team coach who Dodds would work under.

Rosenoir is well regarded as one of the best young coaches at this level, and he did well with Hull. Most Hull fans think they were mad to sack him. He took them from a relegation threatened team to a playoff chasing one all while their owner was signing all manner of Turkish league rejects.

We could do a lot worse than Rosenoir. I'm not sure where this hate for him comes from tbh.
