That is the logical thing to do, like you say if they are or where good coaches, it’s time to move on as last season was a disaster
 
Apropos of absolutely nothing but I saw Hervé Renard at The Hilton in Gateshead this morning. He was jogging and ran past me up the hill.
He’s probably here for the Mags and his links to Saudi but if anyone was feeling adventurous in the betting market I’d thought I’d share.
 
If Dodds and Proctor have been offered lesser roles, or been asked to 'step back', does this fit in with the comment Hetton made earlier about Murty could be on his way? It could be shite, but if he is then there's readymade vacancies for Dodds/Proctor, although not sure they'd want it. At least not Dodds, who I think will feel he's better moving on to either a similar role elsewhere or even as a head coach if anyone is daft enough to offer him one after his debacle here.
If Still does bring in 3 people with him, including at least one coach, I can't see where Dodds would fit or why he'd want to stay. Speakman will either agree to the move, to save his own job, or will also leave.

We don’t know what Dodds is like in the club. We know the head coach role isn’t suitable for him. If he is honest he probably knows this. Dodds reminds me of Ricky Spragia, liked at the club, others describe him as a good coach. The management job is not right for him.

Dodds seemed ti throw a few under bus last season. Bet players aren't arsed. As I posted a month ago it's unusual for us to not allow new guy to bring his team. It's mental I'd this stops out top target.
