That’s exactly what it is mate and it isn’t a case one of the other anyway. The age of the manager is irrelevant though the age of footballers certainly isn’t with regards to physicality, muscle memory and experience of decision making on the pitch etc.
We’ve just been outplayed by a side with a bloke in his mid-thirties dictating the play, managed by a bloke the same age.
