There's talk of others two and I hope Dan Neil stays. I'd like Patto too, but if there's a big enough bid I think given our situation it's something we'd have to seriously consider. Ballard I don't think has had a great second half of the season, but Jobe is a bit of a conundrum to me and whilst at 18 on paper he's had a decent season if we could pull in big money for him which could be reinvested then it may solve the problem of where to play him and also lessen the need to sell a Dan Neil or maybe Ballard and look a bit of a masterstroke - let's face it, the only way he's here long term is if he's not any good.

Definitely not the case mate. I'm no better than a supporter that attends one match a year. I do go to every home game. Also make 10 plus aways each season if I can. But I'd never think I was better than others . There's fans that do many more matches than I do.

We have a difference of opinion on a player, it happens and it's fine. I don't rate Ekwah as a CM, and I respect the fact you do. You believe he's the victim of bad tactics, and you might well be right, we may find that out next season, and trust me, I hope we do. I want to see all our players succeed . But the harsh reality is, very few of our players have succeeded this season. In fact, I struggle to think of a player who has except Jack Clarke.

That was awful today. I know we had a goal disallowed and hit the bar in the first half but we looked 2 yards to slow to everything. We didn't move the ball quick enough and defensively we looked lost. We shouldn't be letting people run off us like they did for both goals - that's basic stuff. I can't see how that coaching staff can retain their positions after the last few months - a side in our position should be playing with freedom.

When they came in they had a real direction and plan for the first time in ages. It worked pretty well, up to the end of the January transfer window
Get youth and develop - including overhauling our academy teams.
It's a long term plan which is what we needed and was working ok in the short term too (play offs last yr and after the Jan transfer window this season we were 1 point off the play offs in 7th in February of this year).

This year has been a huge disappointment since then , and tbh if KS went I wouldn't be too bothered as his transfers have been largely really poor the last few windows. I certainly didn't feel like this a while ago when he seemed like he could do little wrong - but his approach of getting academy players from clubs and players like trai Hume - maybe this is the peak of what he can achieve and to progress we need better - or he certainly needs to realise that his approach needs tweaking and not being so stubborn.

KS obviously thought all young players needed was a good coach (MB)
He is under no illusion now that young players need a manager to inspire, and / or senior players to inspire and look up to, and that he was wrong and what TM was saying was right.

Its a huge summer, but the long term vision doesn't need a complete change - the capitulation from losing Mowbray shows that - we need to adapt our approach and I'm sure we will. No one can look at the last 19 games and think that is acceptable and that huge mistakes haven't been made.

Making mistakes resulting in a really poor second half of a season imo doesn't mean that people have to go and we have to hound people out of the club.

I'm pretending that ive know for ages ? What the fuck you on about ?
Not one poster can be happy about the bcb, the MB appointment and the transfer window and football since January. We've been rudderless and had no one to inspire a young team - it's been dreadful.

Im still fairly optimistic about the club going forward , as I posted a bit up - I also really enjoyed the football up till the end of last year and thought that KS and KLD had done some good stuff with a really good long term vision .
I'm not re writing history - you seem a bit crazy this morning mate.

Just seen there 2 goals back again. Styles in particular totally ineffective at stopping them getting through midfield or at least making it difficult.

Alese got skinned aswell. Not convinced he's a proper left back tbh. Was at the game so aint just basing it off highlights. Offered nothing going forward... but then i also have huge criticism for jack clarke who rarely bothers utilising his full back

I think some people are content to see how they get on in the summer. And that's fine. I'm curious myself to see how they get on, I think the summer is strictly last chance with those willing to give them the chance.

Look how long it took me to say Speakman has done a horrendous job. If we're bottom half by Christmas then the whole fanbase will turn, I'm certain of it

Which is absolutely fine if people say, ya know what I was wrong, but let’s give them a chance.

What I hate is those that play dumb and try to pretend it never happened. Or even worse play the martyr like all of a sudden they are hard done by.
 
Jobe is poor tracking bannan fir the first, is no where in sight by the end. Styles didn't know what to do and never had his man. Second one again styles not aware or tracking his man who scores
