Just had an early morning walk round the area and there is gound investigation drilling all over so I expect they are busy with plans etc. ..they also have a bore rig on the corner grass land opposite the south west corner of the stadium...I know there was plans for apartment blocks there but that might have changed since the cgi plans come out a last month. In addition load of activity with diggers etc. Laying the new pitch, never seen a bigger sandhill in the car park...about 50ft+ high..dont know how it was dropped to be tgat high!

Might be wrong but sure these buildings (the ones that aren't in the picture ) were still up last game of the season. Unless there was just fencing around them.
