CC : Durham v Hampshire

Clark and Jones to miss out?
With batting order
Lees
Borthwick
Ackerman
Bedingham
Robinson
Carse
DeLeede
Coughlin
Raine
Potts
Parkinson

Where are these suggestions Clark will miss out coming from? I’d say one of the least likely to miss out, Campbell loves him.
Can’t see is playing 6 bowlers mind and only 5 front line batsmen I think one of the batsman plays for either Bas or Carse.

Yep this.

You simply don’t need 5 seamers like, one bowler just ends up never bowling

Jones and Coggs to miss out for me - can't risk playing the latter and Carse together for fear of one of them breaking down with the inevitable injury.
How much is the county shirt? Lovely that like. Look great on me in Tenerife next month that 🥴
Sorry I never checked the price in the shop as I was genuinely just in to keep out of the cold. Inevitably there's nothing showing on the online shop as well.

Not my team but i reckon they will go

Agree that uts dodgy playing Coggers and Carse in a 4 man pace attack.

On the basis Hampshire have arguably the weakest batting line up in the division, with wet weather likely to give rise to shortened game time arguably not the worse game for Boland to miss

Lees, skip, Ackers, Bedders, Robbo, Clark, Carse, Bas, Raine. Potts, Parky

for me

disappointed not to see Boland in action
Yeah this would be my team too.I'd be surprised if it isn't tbh.

If no need for Parkinson then everyone just moves down one and Jones in.

De Leede drops out once Boland acclimatised would be my only change from the team you've posted.

There probs isnt a need for Parky but I think they want a spinner every game and just want to back a spinner, bit like Stokes does with England.

I have no idea on Ackerman's bowling mind.

Currently speeding up north back to Sunderland on a train from London. Should get back in at 12 but delays might mean 1 or 2 in the morning. Don’t care though cause cricket tomorrow first thing. 1st outing on the 78 as well this year. Hopefully dog in pram man is there. Happy new season everyone
