Woops!
I think you’ve made your point mate!

There is nothing in the SAFC.COM article linked above.
"As part of the continued upkeep of the stadium, the Club will also be engaging with the Supporters’ Collective to undertake a walkaround of the facility to identify any outstanding maintenance points to ensure they are addressed as part of the Club’s summer improvement programme.

The Club will also be engaging with supporters to monitor and review the impact of these developments, as we consider and implement additional long-term stadium improvements. "

I would say all the things you mentioned toilets, running water, leaks would come under outstanding maintenance points.

Proper tall floodlight pylons and incorporating into the Premier Concourse what is left of the Leitch balcony, now forgotten in a car park; that sadly will not happen.

That's great if so. Paying around £1,000 a season into safc I will be very pleased to see a return of the most basic amenities.

“Club don’t care what fans think- never listen to us”

Club organise walk round with fan reps to understand concerns

SMB say…..

Total joker this lad. Pick a fight in an empty room.

Trip Advisor rating will go through the roof

I reckon they might be fancy lighting display type lights. A bit like the lights they had at St Andrews but not as shit hopefully.
And a chant of 'what the f***ing hell is that' will put an end to it. Money well spent
