It is not so much talent, no matter how bad you are as a player you can make yourself look better by actuslly grafting or getting stuck in. Zero desire = no chance of impact on game.

He was cheap and they're winging it. I don't believe the stats are recommending these players, it's bullshit. Speakman is taking the piss and should be sacked. To sign Hemir as our number 9 is an insult. I don't believe our scouts have actually watched half of these players before we've signed them. Furthermore I don't think our coaching set up is good enough.
