British-Asian Ref tonight

Very good ref. Gave us a bit more than them so it'll be interesting to see what Leicester fans thought.

When the ball was flat you mean?

If so, then because the ball was flat.
The ones I've just spoken to in the Hilton bar aren't too happy with him. However, they also think that it was a nailed on pen at the end, and they've got away with one.

He did make the ref aware, in the most obvious way possible. The ball is flat, play can't carry on.
And he can’t stop the play and it isn’t up to him to say the ball is defective. Only a ref can do that. But no surprise that you would defend it.

I guarantee if it was given they wouldn't be saying that
I thought he was ok, but like I said previously if you are going to give soft free kicks all over the pitch then he has to give that. Mind I’m more pissed off with that first half performance than anything
Would you have booked him for deliberate handball?
I’d have sent him off mate, no but it’s like when players fall over if they think they’ve been fouled and pick the ball up, they don’t get booked, or are you suggesting they should be and refs are shit?

The term British Asian should not be used, if you are born and grew up in Britain then you are British. No one calls Ian Wright Jamaican British, or Liam Gallagher Irish British, for example.

I thought he was absolutely hopeless. Was very nice to see a yellow for time wasting earlier than other refs would do it, shame they got away with it all game.

It's up to the ref to deal with it, some may book people, some may not. Given your up on not using judgement, common sense etc would you have booked the player for what you construe as deliberate handball when he picked it up?

when players pick the ball up after being fouled and no foul is given do they get booked? I think the answer is no refs don’t book them for that. It has nowt to do with me
