Needs a change up, hemir and pritch up top .. pembele/ba on right. We need a midfielder who has attacking threat in the middle who gambles on getting into the box, ekwah/Neil/Bellingham isn't working and we have no threat from them, they are never in the right positions when we attack

We need to play a faster game but we haven't any fast players unless you count Clarke who is constantly double marked.

Mowbray time was up, but we should have had a proper manager lined up before they sacked him.
What on earth persuaded them to appoint Beale if they looked at his record at RANGERS. HE MAY BE A GOOD COACH, BUT MANAGING IS ENTIRELY DIFFERENT. He is NOT a manager and never will be.
