Yann M'vila - target or not?

Have you been watching him play or watched that league? No.

You said he was pretty good for us, again nonsense.

An experienced quality midfielder on a free who loves us. Who should we be getting? Tell us!

I have been to a few matches in Greece and that bit is utter bollocks.

The Greek League is like the SPL but 20 times more violent.;)

I don't think it'll be like the defoe situation at all.
Of course he's older but he plays a different role to Defoe and if I'm being honest defoe was finally get up to speed I thought when he decided to retire. If Yann has more commitment than Defoe, he should hit the ground running within reason and play out the rest of the season
 
Now I don't for one micro-second compare Speakman to the great man himself or his sidekick (quite simply the best recruiter British football has ever seen) but for the children of the the sixties on here, signing Yann M'Vila would truly be our Dave Mackay moment. He would be that influencial on our young squad.
For the other children on here, Google is your friend.
 
Least there will be a buzz about the place.
Don’t really see any downside to it if it’s on a 6 month deal with a extra year if he plays 15 games or summit
 
We clearly need an experienced DM and M'Vila is clearly the absolute best option for us. Massive experience, far too good for the Championship and we'd only have a chance as he loves us, should be great for the likes of Ekwah and Ba and on a free. Only real downside is his lack of footy recently but he reckons he'd be ready to play within a week.
