What a waste of time this appointment is.

Speakman needs to take a big dose of humility, peddle Beale, show ambition in bringing in a manager with pedigree and give them scope to bring in their own back room staff and involve them more in the transfers, even if they get a shortlist rather than their own say.

Sacking TM was the right decision at the time only based on the premise we were going to show some ambition in the next appointment. But this is just ridiculous

Please explain to me how our most consistent centre back/players of the season and one of the few, decent players today is a "shitcunt".

Don't think we could have made a worse appointment... he will not win me over.. time will not tell.. nothing will change whilst he is here... even if ew had somehow beaten them up the road.. Beale can fuck off...

It's not Beale haha it's the same as before. JC gets the ball and has three men on him. We literally plan everything around him.

Ipswich were shite and should have scored 4! Our defending is absolutely comical at times, both O’Nein and Ballard are prone to losing concentration and neither Neil or Ekwah help out anywhere near enough.

Backwards and fast

A disastrous appointment- we are 2-1 down and this clown brings our most creative player off - before the match having said Burstow is with us until tge end if the season

In that case - when we need a goal - get him on as soon as possible, leave Pritchard on and shift to three at the back

OR send him back to Chelsea and get someone in on loan or permanently who can score NOW at this level
