Bollocks! It’s the head coach picking the team and doing the in game management. Speakman isn’t the bloke stood in the managers area and telling the 4th official who he wants on and off.

This bullshit that speakman picks the team is just crap
 
Tell you what - the players are going to become royally pissed off when they are subbed off or dropped and they see Jobe playing every game and seemingly unsub-able despite being very poor.
Pritch has every right to be raging.
