*~*~* Ipswich v Sunderland match thread *~*~*

Imagine being Rusyn though, in a different country, not speaking much of the language, scoring your first goal and playing a few week ago and dropped. Sakes
Mowbray swapped out players every game as well, he hardly give Rusyn a chance. He likely wouldn't have even played against Preston under Mowbray.

If Everton signed him

"Good signing this free transfer low wages as wanted to play football not bothered about money. Low risk if it doesnt work oh well only here 6 months"
How long to get someone who hasn’t played a competitive game since the end of last season match fit ? Move on lad

He has some talent and natural ability.

But his brain is too slow. You can see him taking the extra touch and not knowing whether to pass or shoot and the ball is either nicked away or closed down.

Still young and I hope he can be taught how to be more clinical but I have my doubts.
Personally I doubt it. The best players I’ve seen, played with or coached have always had that skill of reading the play matched with a sublime touch. You can coach players all you like but I don’t think some will ever understand the game and seeing those who are not like that is fairly obvious.

Been interesting that Jobe has been found twice with a long ball after a sharp diagonal run from the young lad.

Clarkes first chance came from it.

Good to see Beale is actually telling players to look for the run.

I do miss our high press though.
