*~*~* Ipswich v Sunderland match thread *~*~*

Genuinely interested on what positives you've got out of that half? Genuine question not even being a twat 😂

I thought we looked all over the shop in defence, very little positives going forward, slow on the ball, very poor passing.
Perhaps you missed Ipswich's high press and ability to quickly close us down, one of the various reasons they are where they are in the league.

Our passing has been sub par at times but we've matched a tough side away from home and can cause them problems.

Not sure I’ve ever seen our players argue amongst themselves on the pitch so much since Beale took over.

Do you think it’s a lack of direction from the manager??

We play disgusting football now like. I can always accept it being boring if it's effective, but it's shit and ineffective.

We'll come out 2nd half and play the same way and Jobe will play the entire match, because his surname is Bellingham
Don’t pretend we weren’t like this a lot of the time before . I’m not a fan of Beale but again I was far from a fan of Tawny. Some people are being selective in their memories as it was very simmilar a lot of the time under Tawny but because the mob liked him he got a free pass

Always going to be tricky after last week, so I'm glad we've settled at least - pity we gave up the deserved lead. Some strange sloppy passing and so odd to see Clarke appear to carelessly just run the ball out there. The pitch has been heavily watered, hardly encouraging a flowing game. Hoping we kick on in the second half, Ipswich seem to have their own issues.
