*~*~* Rotherham v Sunderland match thread *~*~*

No urgency until the last 15 minutes, and then it was the same move every time. Get it to Clarke and have him run into a packed area, hit a dead end and out.
They were doubling up on Clarke every time as well. As vital as he is for us, he needs to learn to pass the ball earlier/quicker in those situations as they rarely come off when he tries to take on 2 players in a confined area

Utter crap against bottom of the league side. Burstow and Ba are not footballer's, if we can see it, why can't management.
We've better on the bench, speaking of which, where's Chris Rigg?

Your lens is different to most fans. Most fans think success for Sunderland is actually being a good football club in the premier league.
You think success is slightly better return on capital than average. That’s not sport - that’s finance. Go support JP Morgan whilst the rest of us have some ambition for the club.

I think success to Sunderland is being competitive at the highest level, aye. When have I said differently? Point it out to me marra.

What has Speakman's job performance got to do with investment from the owner? Explain what he has to do with that, please?

All I've done is say Speakman has done a brilliant job, especially in contrast to his budget restraints which obviously (to most people, atleast) aren't set by Speakman himself. Surely you know that?
