Not a fan of the Beale appointment at all but we were heading this way if we'd kept Mowbray IMO. The recruitment over the last 2 windows has been really poor and has left us with a horrendously unbalanced squad.

How we were in the play-offs heading into tonight is a complete mystery considering how poor we've been for large parts of this season.
