Quite telling that nearly all the photos are outside. What are they hiding?
What few rooms they show, looks like a little modernizing is needed, but if your spunking 5m on a gaff, I'm sure most the interior will be changed to your own liking. Nice though, just the wrong side of North Yorkshire for me, got Lancastrians nearly on your doorstep

It’s used as offices. A friend of mine runs her business from there. Nice bar in the basement.
Looks a very tidy property that.

I don’t like that at all. Massive windows for big views work when you have a view. The other side of the street or the big road out the back don’t really work. Big showy hall way as you go in, only to find the hall is bigger than the family room or living room.
Its the right side of the street at least.
The other side you run the risk of me killing your children from the first tee box. Ive actually had a few slates off!!!
Would be canny if you were looking to set up a software company in the late 1990s.
Although the freaky Disney neighbours would still be an issue.
If planning was for a 4 bed i may have hoyed a bid in. 3 bed no good.
Dog could be happy there i reckon.

Based on the photos i think its the fella who played in goal for shields and dunston and few others. Its near an 'interesting' block of flats/apartments and there's been a few murders around those parts in fairly recent years.

Being from Washington initial thoughts are they may have over spent on the outlay for the potential return but I’m not 100% as I don't have that much knowledge.
