Outside -
Front - To the front there is a paviour driveway providing off road parking.
Rear - Enclosed Garden with lawn and patio, decked area, side access, tap and mature hedging.
Annexe / Garden Studio - 4.62m x 3.48m (15'02" x 11'05") - Double glazed window, electric heater.
This is good point, it's not a selling point and quite unique hobby/specialist item, you wouldn't just leave it behind I guess. Wonder if you need planning permission for something like that?Mebees craning it away with them.

They may be taking it with them, but it will leave a solid circular concrete base behind.
With concrete monolith. That’s what I thought. Still, the description for the rear should include ‘feature circular patio’.
With concrete monolith.
When you do an observatory, you need a mount for your scope. Rather than have a cumbersome tripod and the worries about weight if you have some expensive kit, most make a reinforced concrete pier up the middle as they cast the concrete base.
If you took the observatory away you are likely to have a circular concrete ‘patio’, with a big square tower in the middle, but handily the tower likely has a screw mount on top for attaching equipment, with power and network running to it. I’m sure there are lots of uses for that. Remote control water gun if cats are a problem?
