Ornstein who is one of the best ITK’s around has said Southampton have put a block on Adams going to Wolves so the 2 stories could certainly add up. Perhaps it is is medical related/Southampton bottled paying the money for a crock or potential crock.
 
Probably just delayed due to the Che Adams situation. Maupay could be going to Brentford so maybe Everton have come in for Che Adams?
