More than I expected to get
I’ve heard similar comments made for years now and when do our fans ever become very very toxic? If we don't replace him now and a few defeats follow things could turn very very toxic
To be fair many are clueless when it comes to estimating a player's value. Some would have us sell Jack Clarke for £10-15m.Most posters on here reckoned we'd be lucky to get £3m for Ross with his contract running down & uncertainty he'd come back from these 2 awful injuries.
So £10m is a very very good price for us.
The issue is it being the right players. We have yet to sign anyone that looks to have been an jump in improvement to our starting 11. They might spend it but I'm unsure if it will be on what we need and what mowbray would prefer. There's no chance they'll flog him without a few coming in, not a chance.
Selling our best players to Southampton cos we won’t pay run of the mill wages for top end championship teams
Shambles man. Kick in the face to supporters
Won’t take a few defeatsIf we don't replace him now and a few defeats follow things could turn very very toxic
As a Sunderland fan all my life its rare it goes this way lets be honestOr we will replace him with some decent players and go on a winning run that culminates in us winning the league.
Still think it isWe only get £6.8M remember
It certainly should shut before the season begins, Southampton are a prefect example of that, the team they line up first game after international break will be totally different to the one that started the season at Sheffield WednesdayCan we have a petition to the FA that the transfer window closes after the schools go back?
It’s going to save all kinds of bother washing the bed sheets
