Russell Martin has Ross Stewart as his main target **Transfer confirmed **

Why? He's barely had him for his whole time here?

Hes not going to walk man.
The idea Mowbray would walk is a bit silly like.

Realistically, he’ll not manage a bigger club than us with better infrastructure and he knows it.

The bloke who “looks in to things” at the club told my mate that Stewart won’t be signing a new contract, that was at a networking conference thing at the Sol a few weeks ago

Aye He would have 18 months ago if he was going to.

Again the fishpaste thing is already info everyone already knows. Southampton are interested, we’ll sell if valuation is met.
Given Stewart’s injury record and the length of his contract how much can we expect ?

Just as pertinent how much of whatever we did get would they reinvest ?

I can't believe a side Will pay good money for a striker that's had such a serious injury and hasn't proven he has recovered. January will be different story if he's back and firing.

We'd probably take about £5m

Will be worth a gamble to them

The more I think about the more I think it’s probably time to cash in, overall his injury record isn’t the greatest throughout his career, we’ve managed ok without him, he’s at the stage of his career where he wants a big contract which is probably fair enough

If Stewart goes, Rusyn will not suffice.

We'd need another forward with real pedigree and not another Hemir.

If we can't sign one we should be holding onto Stewart.

Not a chance we'd buy one of any pedigree.

It's crazy how the positivity around the club has sapped away since may.

If we let him go and Rusyn is the only replacement it's arguably 3 windows passed and only 1 actual striker at the club and even he hasn't signed yet.
