They don't check names mate, I bought tickets for the monkeys from some lad in Boro. They'll be fine you could always give them a house letter with your name on etc just incase but I wouldn't worry about it.

I think they are great, but not sure how they'll work as a headliner after a long (sunny?) afternoon on the drink.
My lad saw them at the Sage (Hall 2) last week and said it was full - and that they were brilliant.

Well, I survived Sam Fender, tbh the flags and footy tops didnt bother me at all really, was standing with a bunch of big fellas from Sheffield talking about gigs and music and stuff, not a fan of Sam Fender tbh but he put on a great show, Brian Johnson coming on singing a couple of AC/DC numbers was great. Support acts Ernie and Wunderhorse were both canny, Holly Humberstone was nowt special. All in all was a canny gig, roll on Depeche Mode at Twickenham next Saturday

Bit petty mind seeing as it was in Sheffield and they are Wednesday fans. Bit how I get Sam fender playing the unwashed like a fiddle. However arctic monkeys never made a big deal of being Wednesday fans nee blue and white striped guitars of stuff on the drums etc.
Just booked guns n roses I know they ain't the bad of my youth anymore but I've never seen them live and it's be nice to tick them off my list they got me through some shit in the 80s as a kid.
I didn’t even know they supported Sheff Wed. I know Jon McClure does.
B-52's farewell tour on Saturday at the Stone Pony in Asbury Park. We're in town for our anniversary, anyway, they're a bit iconic, and neither of us has seen them, so we figured last chance, why not?

Didn't work for me mate...worked out even worse for me lad...He has a season ticket AND paid £150 to watch the Monkeys in Hillsborough park....Fancy paying that to have someone sing to you in a Sheffield accent....makes me shudder lol
