I agree with that. For the right money, it could be favourable for both sides. I'd just prefer it if he stays. One less thing to have to rebuild.

I think we need a cash injection from somewhere, what with even Speakers talking about pushing for promotion, unless he knows something we don't, I'm not sure how probable it will be on a bottom quadrant wage structure. The best way to do so within the rules is to take advantage of premiership money, I just don't think it would be the worst thing if and only if, we can sell for above the going rate.
 
Difficult situation this. I think the club wouldn't mind him moving on for a big fee as it gives us an opportunity to invest in all areas... however, Spurs getting a big chunk isn't great.

Also got to consider the fact that contract talks have apparently stopped. That isn't the signs from somebody about to stay either.
