Not wanting to derail the thread but I tried AI for the first time yesterday (apart from some very minor adjustments on photos) and it is a little scary how little effort is involved.
Yours is great and tells a story but people will be able to recreate something similar of an event that didn't happen. I know Photoshop has always been available to people who want to manipulate things but this just feels a little too easy.

The perspective between the lake and the hill doesn't look quite right. Weather is different too

I think it looks ok. It’s looks like that “loop” place in Wales where all the plane botherers go.

They're the original photo. Only thing I've added is the plane.
Point still stands that it isn't realistic but that's without any touchups at all and it's very early days with AI.

If jet was upside down and dusty like the original photo it would look class

Like your comp pic by the way setting a high bar ..and interesting to see the civic centre being demolished at last . Jack has seen it all ..what will he be looking at next?
