Tickets (Playoffs H & A)

“All supporters registered to SAFC’s ticketing database will be able to purchase up to four tickets in the remaining seats from 12noon on Thursday 11 May.

PURCHASE and FROM 12 NOON being the main points here.

No-one said you couldn't visit the site before then?
Fair enough but when.
The night before ?.
5 hours before?
It was not made clear

Its common practice and common sense.
If you say to people we open the queue 30 minute before hand you get the exact same issue 30 minutes earlier with people trying to log on before the queue opens
This is ticketmaster, they can cope with a single football club.

RE WEMBLEY - IF WE GET THERE.

For last year, did anyone have luck getting a large number of tickets seated together?

My family are talking about placing me in charge and getting everyone's, but I'm not sure if that's going to limit where we will be able to sit

Any time you want?

No-one controls your Internet viewing/browsing activity
No-one forced you to logged at 12 Noon at the dot

Its like your boss saying I need you in at work for 12 NOON, that doesn't mean you cant pitch any earlier

Bought tickets for festivals, noteably Glastonbury, and don't recall the system being open until the exact opening time. Refreshing constantly to get my place in the queue.

If they queue opens 45mins before the opening time, then just say that. Its not hard.

Glastonbury has a queue but they just don't tell you your place in it. It's open before the "kick off" time as well. The refreshing is something they don't advise anymore either.

Depends what the maximum number one person could get. That would need to be communicated, like it was last year

Yes but the night before there was a message saying you did not have access to the site until 12pm the next day

This is the world's biggest ticket seller. They can cope VERY easily with little SAFC
But think of all the other possible tickets they are selling to all over the world all powered by their servers. They will allocate resources based on what they expect to happen
