Tickets (Playoffs H & A)


My brother is away on holiday at the minute and has asked me to sort out his ticket while he is away.

Unfortunately he can’t remember his password and has tried re-setting it but doesn’t receive any reset email. I’ve seen posts indicating that it won’t work if it’s a gmail account but his is hotmail. He’s checked his junk / spam folders, etc and still nothing?

We only have until 10am today to sort out so looks like he’s going to miss out. I’ve emailed Chris Waters / ticket office but not expecting a response in time for us to reserve his usual seat with us.

Absolute shambles! 😡😡😡
 
Probably already been covered but going through 100 pages would be a ball ache.

Ive purchased our two season ticket seats and have got the proof of purchase emails for both transactions but there’s no digital ticket attached to either.

I take it that our season ticket cards will just be activated and I won’t receive the digital tickets? Is this the same for all other season ticket holders?
yes, no and yes as long as they have their own seat

I am sure I purchased ours Tuesday but checked last night and no email and no money taken.
I had to buy them again last night. Will be keeping an eye out to make sure I haven’t paid twice.
Must of been an issue on Tuesday. I have used the system so many times before without issue so it definitely wasn’t me.
 
Not having that like mate. KLD has done absolutely jack shit off the pitch. If anything, it's worse now.

In my opinion mate, they never expected us to be near the play offs. I think they thought they could gradually grow the off - field stuff over this season and next, without anyone really noticing. That has obviously backfired 😂

The scary thing is, the ticketing side of things is not even the worst operation. As I posted earlier, we could end up in the premier league with a pub team kit deal.

Your being a bit kind on the club there mind. We get great crowds regardless of division. For a good few year ticket office n clubshop have been worse staffed than non league outfits.
Heads need to roll.

If it was anything bar a football club you’d never use their shitty inept services again.
 
I can assign tickets etc through mine as I’ve done for aways all season and did at Wembley last season. I’ve just never tried with the last couple of home cup games.

Assign worked for me last night, tickets and confirmation received within 30 secs, went to my junk folder though. Sitting in a different seats to our season ticket seats, thats why they have sent them in an email.

I wouldn't worry too much as you can buy him a ticket at 12. Doubt it will sell out as we generally don't for play offs and cup semi's.
 
I have just tried to get a seat for my lass. Not one seat is available in U21. I’m not putting her in bloody U25 or something in the Premier Concourse.
Why would you expect their to be seats you want in the lower tier when we have 30,000 season tickets in the lower bowl.

Wait until 12 today and any unsold season ticket seats will appear and you may get one in U21

When I bought mine yesterday the payment process failed and I had to go back and start again.
 
I’ll clarify the situation as best as I can.

1) if you activate your own season card seat before 10am today you will not receive a ticket, your season card will be activated.

2) if you are buy a ticket for a different seat to your season card seat you will receive a digital ticket.

3) whether we agree or disagree with the decision, no email or phone calls are being responded to by the ticket office.

4) you can not purchase additional tickets for family / friends until 12 noon today, when each supporter with a valid membership number can purchase up to 4 additional tickets.

I hope I’ve clarified and explained everything clearly above. These are questions that I’ve had and that I’ve resolved myself for numerous other fans. The biggest issue appears to have been the apparent unlinking of accounts (possibly a system error). For example I’ve had to get all of my accounts re-linked to be able to complete all of the activations that are required for my group. (Over 100 have been done so I have the experience of the situation).
 
I totally agree with you.

The fact that the phrase "user error" is showing that communication and or how the system works is failing or has failed.
I worked in a call centre once, where on their system it took 82 (IIRC) moves to book an appointment.
Somebody might think that is ok, but it is way beyond complicated and is really set up to fail.

Is it though? Assuming (as the lad above is talking about) we're talking about SC that have been activated for existing seats, why might it be an issue? Have we had mass issues with SC not being properly activated for previous games like this?
If only it was as easy as you say. Some people can’t get onto the ticketing website to pay.

If he is in your network, are you down to manage his tickets or just assign? If you request to manage he should get an email (to whichever he used to sign up) and that should allow him to accept permission, then you should be able to buy on his behalf.
How many have we shifted so far?

26k, 2k corporate, 2k away. So 30k total
