At a loss as to why people in Phase 1 feel the need to queue in person for well over an hour most likely surely?

Takes literally 2 seconds online whether you want to buy your usual seat or another one. :lol:

I can online assume loads of them are after season tickets for next year?

I suspect our cards have been activated for the card but it’s not entirely clear.

My mam will be there no doubt

I have offered numerous times to sort it online for her but as she has now retired I think it gives her something to do for the day.

30 seconds on a website of a good hour queue - I know what I would pick!
 
Sometimes the web browser you use can affect the ticket page and queue, maybe people who are having bother try the different ones such as firefox, chrome, opera, samsung internet or the old bog standard internet, had the issue with the pompey final years ago, it didn't like firefox so tried the old internet E sign link and it worked fine.

Got straight through today and it had the season ticket seat reserved when I logged in, think the ticket goes automatically on the season card for the match.

Maybe like me you read the 2nd part wrong

Phase one

Priced from £23 for Adults and £8 for Under-16s, 2022-23 season ticket holders will be able to secure their seat until 10am on Thursday 11 May.

2023-24 season ticket holders will also be able to purchase one ticket in during this phase.

That's what I was doing wrong, I only had assign and not Manage. Put the request in to manage and then approved in my sons account. That should make things simpler.
 
How's this work then? I thought I'd done all the authorisations last time but neebody else is coming up? I'm not so bothered for Saturday as everyone can sort their own, but it could prove a frigging nightmare should we progress.
 
Got part season cards which kicked in halfway through this season but saying not eligible for tickets yet. Anyone else had this?
