Any good?I was there last Friday for Inhaler and the balconies were very sparsely populated. As a result, it could be that that the floor space is rammed.

It was decent. I’ve seen them three times before going back to February 2020 and the musicianship and stage craft has improved a fair bit over that time.Any good?
Haven't seen them live but I like some of their stuff. Live gigs have cost me a fortune over the years so I really can't afford to start liking another bandIt was decent. Haven't been able to make my mind up whether to go. I just want Isaac to rejoin. On Monday they released this video of the new songs. Not sure if been mentioned but BCNR are playing at Newcastle Uni on 7th May. People who’ve seen them recently are saying they aren’t playing anything old since Isaac has left and it’ll all be new material, but should still be quality. Ants from up there is a masterpiece
I go to loads of gigs but the tickets rarely cost more than £20 due to the bands/venues that I go to.Haven't seen them live but I like some of their stuff. Live gigs have cost me a fortune over the years so I really can't afford to start liking another band![]()
Was saying this the other day. Over £25 a ticket is rare nowadays. Bought a ticket for Leftfield & was horrified it was about £45 all in. The lads sacked off any idea of James starting at £60 a go. Wouldn’t bother with the Who at £66 minimum.I go to loads of gigs but the tickets rarely cost more than £20 due to the bands/venues that I go to.
Not sure what the plans are for the tour coming up but I believe those songs aren’t appearing on any future LP whenever they get around to writing and recording itHaven't been able to make my mind up whether to go. I just want Isaac to rejoin. On Monday they released this video of the new songs.

I’ve got Prowsey, Lottery Winners and The Sherlocks on the horizon. The Sherlocks were the most expensive at a smidge over £20.Was saying this the other day. Over £25 a ticket is rare nowadays. Next few are Young Fathers, Ian Prowse, Dreadzone & I’ll pick up Steve Mason tickets. Think Steve Mason is the dearest at about £25.
You get better beer at independent venues too.
Thought you mighta been there. Scott was class - don't think I took me eyes off him once he came on.Great to catch up @King Kareoke . Brilliant gig with three cracking bands. It`s almost 40 years to the day that I first saw Scott Gorham on stage at the City Hall with Thin Lizzy so brilliant to see him again. Such a class act. And Michael Monroe - what a whirlwind of energy and his band looked fantastic- what a sleazy, Punky Hard Rock band should look like. It was great being serenaded by Monroe too when he climbed up the balcony![]()
Phil, Scott and Brian were the three for me. So so good. Scott was always cool. Love to be able to get transported back for one of the gigs.Thought you mighta been there. Scott was class - don't think I took me eyes off him once he came on.
I was a bit perturbed at first when there was no Scott, but instead in his spot a tall, long haired Scottalike who me dad said looked more like Gorham than Gorham. He was good like, but Scott was the boy.
Enjoyable set like. Caught the back end of Monroe as well - keen as owt int he.Proper showman.

That schedule has 'additional dates due to demand' written all over it. A four or five night residency at the Apollo venue doesn't seem unreasonable.Sadly can’t do the Devo farewell tour as only doing one date in UK and we are away.

They are also playing at Green Man, though it is the same weekend.

Green Man is 17-20th so they must be doing Green Man on Friday 18th - not sure why it's not showing on their page.
